Housing sales in Metro Vancouver rose by 31.9% last month compared to October 2023, with 2,632 homes sold. In Burnaby, benchmark prices for single-family homes varied, with Burnaby East at $1,448,600 (+0.7%), Burnaby North at $2,130,700 (-0.1%), and Burnaby South at $2,241,800 (+4.1%). Townhouses and apartments also saw slight price changes. Increased mortgage rates have boosted demand, leading to a 16.9% rise in listings, totaling 5,452 homes available for sale.
